About the room
Brand new townhome (built in Oct 2023) The room for rent is your own basement with a full bathroom with stand up shower. You have your own private entrance through the garage or the sliding glass door. You will have full access to the entire kitchen and other appliances. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is in very good condition, new appliances. The only issue is the washer and drier is upstairs where the other tenant and I stay, but it shouldn’t be too big of an issue.
About the roomies
Currently, my other roommate, live upstairs. I work from home, and my other roommate works up north. We are both super laid back, love to go to the gym, we don’t have kids or pets, so the environment is laid back. I’m super easy to talk to and am very accommodating and easy to live with.
