Description: Cute in law suite available on the other side of the main house (separated by a large garage). Space comes completely furnished including bedroom furniture and sitting area and a private kitchen, own entrance with its own private porch with its own laundry machines. Bring a bicycle, it’s a nice neighborhood to explore. $1800/month is the per month rate and is only available thru November 30th. Ask me about discounted rate for now thru the end of November (committed time frame). I have my own background check service that I already pay for so the fee is free for my “roomies”.
Main house has 4 workaholic male creatures. They rarely notice when I get a new apartment dweller. The only thing the 2 spaces share is the county garbage bins. 1 Garage parking spot is available for an extra cost, otherwise there is a private driveway spot included in the rate.
