PLEASE READ MY ENTIRE POST BEFORE CONTACTING ME AS MOST OR ALL QUESTIONS WILL MOST LIKELY BE ANSWERED BELOW: This room is in a House and property waaay out east of the interstate, off State Rd 72 (Clark rd). , like 7 miles past the national cemetery for reference. House is 12 miles east of Clark rd and i75 so please check your map before contacting me. The closest store or gas station is at least 15 minutes away. All the houses in this neighborhood have minimum of 5 acres.We have a 3 bedroom 2 bath house (split plan). Only NON smokers. That means you do NOT smoke anything so no cigs, no vapes, no marijuana - not even medical marijuana,!! This is a requirement set in stone. I am extremely allergic (as in I wheeze and get sooo sick/bronchitis). Room is available at $1000 a month or $300/week no minimum stays so u can stay one week or one month, no worries. Discount $200/month ($50 per week) if u have a set schedule of at least 30 hours (job, schooling, beach, sights, whatever)away from the property per week. Absolutely No more cats, dogs, no children or guests/visitors on this property. I may be able to accommodate a livestock animal in the barn. House is not updated, this was my childhood house from the “1900’s” and it basically looks the same. Ac is at 78 days and 75 nights.. Also I prefer someone under 60 and above 29. Ok, so now description; This is a hobby farm. Chickens , turkeys guinea fowl, quails, ducks and peacocks reside here. Not like backyard chickens in town, this is like a full farm with at least 200 birds so if you can’t do animal noises (day and early 5am morn), this isn’t for u. I also have a soft spot for roosters so I occasionally ‘rescue’ them for townies.

Furnished room with queen bed, dresser and an apt sized fridge and microwave.. 1 window and a ceiling fan. Room is a lovely Peeeeach and has dark linoleum flooring. Guest hall bathroom available next to room.
Water and electric are included, wifi is a courtesy as in no extra charge . Also might be interested in someone renting a space for a RV or camper trailer. Same rules, slightly different rate.

I am the solo roomie. Also I have a dog. She is my animal security helper. Those birds are hers to protect. She stays inside and sleeps in my room or her couch. Know that I am looking for a roomer, someone to rent a room from me with access to common areas. We are not renting a house together. This seems to be a confusing issue. I know that sounds mean but we didn’t pick this place together and furnish it, put utilities in both our names etc etc. I’m just being straightforward. I am a big fan of honesty. Annoying, I know! We get a minimum of 30 eggs a day, keep that in mind if u might be and egg eater. I try to sell them but plenty left to eat!
