It is a very cozy and spacious 5 bedroom, 4 full bath home with 3 floors. Has a clean pool and jacuzzi to use. The home has 2 living rooms and one very large 3rd floor loft for reading or just lounging back. Neighborhood is very quiet and is close to the Moreno Valley College. Parking will be available on the street. Home is equipped with: -full kitchen -2nd fridge (in garage) -washer/dryer -Pool & Jacuzzi -Patio -2nd living room -Balcony -Espresso Bar -AC / WiFi and you can use all as you please. Smoking outside only (balcony, Front, or backyard). Home is ready to move in. Currently, there are 4 of us so we are looking for 1 more female roommate. The room that is available is a private room with its own closet and will have a shared bathroom with only 1 other female. Note: Room is full pink at the moment lol. It is 2 female roommates (28&30) and 2 male roommates including myself (29&30). We have 2 small dogs with us and more pets are welcomed as long as they are small to medium size pets. We are very friendly and respectful but We also keep to ourselves. Sometimes any of us can have a small gathering from time to time but will have to give a friendly heads up to the rest of the house beforehand. We are very respectful to the home and to any others that will live with us. We clean up after ourselves and we keep the home clean at all times so someone who has similar traits would be great. We also like to pay bills early so that everything is running smoothly. Utilities will be split 5 ways since there will be 5 people living in the home. Currently, there are 4 of us so we are looking to get 1 more person! If anyone would like to come see the room and the rest of the home, just let me know and we can plan out a date/time.
