He has a small private home for rent that will be available June 1st. This home is on the same property as the main home.
Home is equipped with Private entrance, central AC / Heater, kitchen, Stove, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, Washer and Dryer connections, two private parking spots.
Utilities included are Water, gas, and trash. Only utility bill you will be responsible for is the electric bill. Preferably looking for a small family to move in or two working professionals. No drugs, no drama, and must be clean. Home is located in the heart of woodcrest Riverside CA. Home is less than 10 minutes away from various school. Qualifications needed:
- Proof of ID
- Proof of income (last 2 months) -credit check
- Basic Background Check
- First and Last months rent paid up front
Rent amount: $2700
Lease terms: 12 months minimum
