About the room
We have a spacious single family house in the heart of Pleasanton(internal size is 2600 sf). Within walking distance to the center of Pleasanton, downtown, 3 parks, Peet’s coffee, Gene’s market, Safeway restaurants, and other shops. Beautiful backyards.
We will have a very large bedroom available with own bathroom for rent from June 1st , the size is about 400sqft The living room, kitchen, and dinning room are shared among total tenants and are furnished. Rent is $1550.00/month . Utility includes water, electricity, garbage collection, internet etc will be evenly divided among 4 tenants. You will have 3 other roommates in the house who are young and very responsible professionals.
We look for responsible roommates who has great ethics, non-smoker, no alcohol/drugs, pays rent on time, good references and is respectful of people and property.
Internet is available via Comcast. Costs is shared among roommates.
About the roomies
Three other roommates are young and quiet professionals. We (landlord family) are living nearby, working for the bay area tech companies.
