About the room
We have a spacious single family house in the heart of Pleasanton(2600sqft). Within walking distance to the center of Pleasanton, downtown, 3 parks, Peets coffee, Gene’s market, restaurants, and other shops. Beautiful backyards.
We will have the master bedroom(>200sqft) and its own bathroom available from Feb 1st. The shared living room, kitchen, and dinning room are furnished. Rent is $1450/month . Utility includes water, electricity, garbage collection, internet etc will be evenly divided among 4 tenants. You will have 3 other roommates in the house who are young and very responsible professionals. There is also a dedicated office room for the tenants to use for work. There are also 2 cats in the house.
We look for responsible roommates who has great ethics, non-smoker, no alcohol/drugs, pays rent on time, good references and is respectful of people and property.
Internet is available via Comcast. To share costs with roommates.
About the roomies
Three other roommates are young and quiet IT professionals. We are living nearby, working in the bay area tech company.
