Although we rent out five rooms in this house, it is surprisingly very quiet as most of the renters are professionals and do not work at home. the room you are looking at has its own private bathroom and a laundry room right next to it, which is just used by two tenants, you and one of the tenants on the second floor. Although I do not provide any offstreet parking, there is always plenty of parking on the street. The room is furnished, but there is some flexibility with that depending on the needs of the tenant.
My wife and I purchased a house about five years ago, but needed to move back to Pasadena. We have been renting out rooms for many years and have been fortunate to have had many really good renters. Currently, we do have one couple in the house, but they resided on the bottom floor and they have their own bathroom. They help us out by managing the house and our super nice people. There are four bedrooms on the floor, one is a teacher. Another one is a 911 dispatcher, another one is a student also working full-time and the fifth room is the one that will be vacated and that you are looking at.
