Hello! We are a nerdy gaming couple looking for a lady with similar interests to share our home with. The neighborhood is safe, about a mile off of 400 exit 11, and located within walking distance of grocery/department stores, restaurants, public transportation, and parks. Rent is $700/month, all-inclusive.

The room has a private bathroom and walk-in closet, and you’ll have shared use of the kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and high-speed wireless broadband internet. The room is unfurnished. You’ll have use of one assigned parking space just outside the front door.

A little about us: We love playing Xbox and Nintendo games, reading, listening to (and in his case, playing) music, and our new roommate must love dogs as we have two. We are enthusiastically 420-friendly but don’t want cigarette smoke in the house. We’re not loud party people at all, no drama or insanity. We’re very live and let live - we don’t judge and don’t want judgement, just respect and a peaceful home environment.

What we are looking for: Someone 420-friendly with similar interests Must have verifiable employment Must pass background check No loud/party people NO PETS. It doesn’t matter how awesome your dog or cat is, our two dogs max out our capacity. No kids.
