Currently we’re a household of young professional women with varying schedules all working out of the house. There are 4 roommates in total when all rooms are full and my 2 cutie cats and we’d love to have another animal lover in the home.
The Room- $850 Rent includes all utilities and street parking with a month to month lease to allow flexibility. The room is unfurnished with tile and large windows, a roomy closet, bookshelf and clothing rack available to you and a shared bathroom with one other roommate. The rest of the home’s common living areas will be shared space used by all.
The Home- Single story home in North McKinney neighborhood of Trinity Falls. Total of 4 bed, 2 bath, featuring an open layout with large living area and kitchen. Spacious backyard and back patio to lay out and get some sunshine on the lounge chairs or use the couches to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
The Community- Trinity Falls is a newer community in McKinney north of 380 west of 75. Safe neighborhood with pretty hiking trails, fishing ponds, pickleball and basketball courts available to you.
