The Room- $950 Rent includes all utilities and street parking. Would start off month to month to see how we vibe and then can extend lease from there. The room is unfurnished with carpet, spacious closet with door and ceiling fan with remote. You would share a bathroom with one other roommate across the hall. The rest of the home’s common living areas will be shared space used by all.

The Home- Single story home in North McKinney neighborhood of Trinity Falls. Total of 4 bed, 2 bath, featuring an open layout with large living area and kitchen. Spacious backyard and covered back patio to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

The Community- Trinity Falls is a newer community in McKinney north of 380 west of 75. Safe neighborhood with several amenities which are available to you including pools, clubhouse, hiking trails, fishing ponds and soon to be pickleball and basketball courts.
