Hi there, I’m Chloe :) I rent out the extra bedrooms in my cozy, inclusive and house plant filled home to other women who need a safe place to call their own! Currently we’re a household of professional gals and there are 4 roommates in total when all rooms are full and my cutie cats Pudding and Pepper… they’d love to have another animal lover in the home!
The Room- $900 Rent includes all utilities with a flexible month to month lease and includes street parking along the side of the house which there is plenty of. The room is large with tall ceilings, is currently unfurnished with carpet and huge windows, spacious closet and dimming ceiling fan/light with remote. (Can offer bed furnishing and bedding if needed for additional cost.) You would share a bathroom with one other roommate across the hall but it is currently not occupied. The rest of the home’s common living areas will be shared space used by all and we have monthly professional house cleaning.
The Home- Single story home in North McKinney neighborhood of Trinity Falls. Total of 4 bed, 2 bath, featuring an open layout with large living area and kitchen. Spacious backyard to lay out and get some sunshine and covered back patio with couches to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or tea.
The Community- Trinity Falls is a newer community in McKinney north of 380 west of 75. Safe neighborhood with pretty hiking trails, fishing ponds, pickleball and basketball courts.
