Hello future Rommie :) You will live in a first-floor three-bedroom two-bath corner home overlooking an Ecological Reserve. Our unfurnished bedroom is available with a gorgeous view of the reserve. The kitchen and living space is communal and furnished. We will split utility bills monthly, and parking is available. We also have an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom will be shared with another roommate.
We live 10 minutes from the beach, and within walking distance of the Calavera Nature Preserve. If you like to walk or run, it’s a perfect neighborhood to be in.

Our master bedroom is also available to rent for $1700.
I work hybrid, I am a full-time MBA student, I volunteer for the community, I’m a homebody, I believe in finding peace and rest at home, climber, Christ follower, love hiking, reading, quiet times, the beach, home-cooked meals…etc!
