Hello future Rommie :) You will live in a first-floor three-bedroom two bath corner home overlooking an Ecological Reserve. Our unfurnished, master bedroom is available with a spacious office space. The kitchen and living space is communal, we want you to feel at home as long as you respect each other’s space and keep it clean and hygge. We split utility bills monthly, and parking id available. We have in-unit washer and dryer.

We live 10 minutes from the beach, and within walking distance of the Calavera Nature Preserve. If you like to walk or run, it’s a perfect neighborhood to be in.
