We want to rent a bedroom to a quiet, friendly healthcare, military, or government professional (Non-Smoker). We have two Boston Terriers and a cat, so you must like or at least tolerate pets. The house features golf course views, an open floor plan on the main level, and an elegantly updated kitchen with quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances. The community, nestled in the serene Aquia Harbour, is gated and offers two pools, a restaurant, a boat harbor, stables, and a golf course.

We are a quiet military family. Husband retires from the Navy this summer. Wife is retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
