1 room left open in my house in Hunters Creek in a gated community. Right off of the 417/Turnpike cross-section.
The room is unfurnished and the bathroom is shared, however there is another bathroom downstairs as well. The roommate doesn’t keep anything in the bathroom as you can see in the picture. So need to worry about clutter.
2 living rooms, full kitchen, W/D and a backyard. $875/mo includes utilities, WiFi, lawncare etc. Month to month or long term is perfectly fine by me.

No couples, I’ve had too many bad experiences. I’m highly allergic to pet dander from animal fur, so no dogs please. If you can keep your cat in your room, I can work with that.
3 women living here, myself and the other young woman are rarely home. When we are we tend to stay in our room. There’s an older woman here as well, she also keeps to herself, but you might catch her around the house cooking or sitting out back every now and again. We all like our personal space and are super quiet and clean. Looking for someone that can match that simple energy.
