Amanda's room

I have 2 rooms open in my house in Hunters Creek in a gated community. 1 room has a queen bed, the other is unfurnished. Both rooms have closets. The bathroom is shared, however there is another bathroom downstairs as well. 2 living rooms, full kitchen, w/d and a backyard. $875 for both rooms, includes utilities, WiFi, lawncare etc. Available for immediate move in. No couples, I’ve had too many bad experiences. No cats or dogs, I am unfortunately highly allergic 😔

Living here is myself (female) and another young woman. We both keep to ourselves and aren’t home very much.
