Sarah's room

I have a place at The Ashlar. My current lease is up Aug. 29th and my roommate is leaving to go back home, so I’d like somebody to take over her room. The community is on Daniel’s Pkwy in Fort Myers. It’s a second-floor unit with a balcony, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. The community has plenty of light at night and the fitness center was renovated in January. It’s pet friendly, but one cat already lives here and there’s a 2 pet max.

I’m a very neat & clean person, relatively quiet, respectful, and appreciate fellow quiet homebodies. I have a cat who’s housebroken and very curious. She’s never lived with a dog so it’s not ideal, but not a dealbreaker. I get along with most types of people, as long as boundaries and privacy are respected. I am a full time employee in downtown Fort Myers. I read, watch tv, and generally keep to myself.
