I am looking for a roommate for the end of the summer. I have a place at The Ashlar that I love. My lease ends on Aug. 28th and I want to re-sign, but my current roommate is leaving to go back home. It’s a second-floor unit near the front gate. There’s a balcony, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and the fitness center was just renovated this year.

I’m a very neat & clean person, relatively quiet, respectful, and appreciate fellow quiet homebodies. I have a cat who’s housebroken, but curious. I get along with most types of people, as long as boundaries and privacy are respected. I am a full time employee in downtown Ft. Myers. I read, watch tv, and generally keep to myself.
