Utilities included. Full kitchen with all the necessities. Laundry usage on a set schedule. Shared bathroom. Wifi, big screen Smart TV in family room. Beautiful park, mountain and lake view from the back yard and patio. Please, no drugs, alcohol, pets or inside smoking. A good credit report and background screening will be required. There is a resident landlady although she is not always there.
