3 Bed 4 bath single family home near to downtown Dallas, about a 20 minute drive. We have a peaceful view of a nice field. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. Home security system/surveillance system installed for added piece of mind. There is an upstairs balcony and a living space upstairs. The home is nicely furnished and comfortable. The bedroom is currently furnished with a bed, dresser, TX, and nightstand. There is a large closet in the room as well. We have a rear driveway with comfortable parking. Large fenced in backyard and raised plant beds waiting to be used. We have Netflix access, no cable but there are smart tvs in the living room and the bedroom so options are available. Roomie is welcomed to use community spaces.

Looking for someone who is clean and low key. I’m not very picky just prefer a person who is decently clean and respectful. I’m quiet and clean as well. I rarely have guests in the house, just family from time to time. I take care of the majority of the cleaning around the house so just looking for someone who picks up behind themselves and keeps the rented space maintained. Roomie will be expected to pitch in on electricity and water bill. Im pretty conservative with the utilities and looking for someone who is the same, the utilities are typically pretty low. I pay gas, trash, lawn service, security, etc.
