Add garage parking with remote for (+$50\mo).

This room is setup for the ultimate princess. Have fun, make a mess! You never have to wash dishes or clean up. I work part time as a private chef, sommelier and fine dining server. You can even order things like breakfast in bed ($15). Room cleaning ($25). Dog walking ($10). Dog workout ($20). Pet sitting ($15/hr). Car wash and detail ($40). Advanced Massage Therapy ($40/hr). 7 Prepped Lunches for work or full Dinner service ($50). Business structure, brand strategy, development, registration and registered agent ($500 + 1% ownership). Music, marketing, photography or social media video production / management (TBD). We are temporarily working in a new city and still have a full year lease here. We will sign again next 2 years (2025-2027). We originally got this place to make it a big studio for media and business stuff and will be getting back to that now. I am an entrepreneur. Currently getting my garden beds back in order. For this project I’ve added a second oven, work stations and dehydrators in the garage. Tons of kitchen appliances in our ‘test kitchen areas’. Apothecary style dry food and ingredients storage. Getting into canning and pickling. Nice little setup to work, do projects, relax and play.

We have several memberships that we share in the household. To be included, just pay ($100) one time to be added to AAA, GameStop Pro, BJ’s, Sam’s Club, Walmart+, Costco, Best Buy+, Barnes and Noble Premium, Sephora Same Day Unlimited, YouTube Premium, Quickbooks Basic and Canva Pro all on the home’s computer.

Instead of a deposit, there is a small list you have to provide upon moving in.. 2 cases of spring water and 1 large pack of tissue.
