I would like us to find and determine the house together. I would need two bedrooms and house mate to have one bedroom. I would pay 60% of rent and utilities, house mate to pay 40%. I would fully furnish the house, except for housemate’s bedroom. I have two dogs that get along with cats, not sure about other dogs. Each house to pay their individual pet’s fees.
