About the room

I am seeking a housemate to rent a house with. The house isn’t rented yet. I’m interested in finding and determining the specific housemate with future housemate.

I need the master bedroom, plus one additional bedroom for hobbies. House mate to have one bedroom and share the rest of the house. Housemate room can be unfurnished or furnished with twin bed and 5 drawer chest. I would be responsible for furnishings otherwise and have washer and dryer for Housemate to use as needed. I would pay 60% of utilities, housemate to pay 40% of utilities. I have two dogs who are good with cats, not sure about other dogs.
