Tamara's room

Two-story home with private room and bath on the second floor, internet and light/water included (so long as bills do not spike above average levels…. due to leaving lights/fans on, using excessive water, washing copious amounts of clothes, overuse of hot water, etc). Small dog is in the home, friendly.

Room has: a window to outside, full bed with mattress, medium-sized dresser, and desk.

Bathroom has: a window to outside, bathtub/shower, sink, toilet.

You must keep the room clean, no food/food waste to be kept in room, roommate is allowed to use kitchen refrigerator and appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher)… and will have own cupboard for dishes.

Available as month-to-month only, desired roommate needs a place to stay for the summer.

Two adult females living in the home, prefer a female roommate only. I (the female listing/owning the property) work from home and needs it not to be too loud during the day (work 9-5 via computer/internet). Generally we don’t watch much tv but like to do movies time-to-time.
