Drinking cool if know how, no loudness, no drama, we are men without sitters. Smoking outside. No extra guests unless got trust later and both agree. Not in a hurry. Not a home for reclusive, non friendly, dishonest, disrespectful, or closed minded.
Seems like a lot! But actually is a laid back, relaxing, super cool place. I crash in the den, sofa bed, no one can tell during day hrs anyone sleeps there, super neat.
