Possibly 2 available very nice, fully furnished rooms in my lovely, furnished, fully equipped 3/2 house. House has maximum occupancy of 3 (with max 1 female in each room) for a quiet, spacious home. My apologies to any males seeking roomies, but i can only have females per promises to my boyfriend, dad and brother. The room with private bath is $425/mo + 1/3rd utilities, $300 deposit. The room that shares a bathroom with me (very considerate and i don’t require much bathroom time) is $325/mo + 1/3rd utilities, $200 deposit. Unfortunately can’t have pets because i have terrible allergies. The home features a large kitchen with huge refrigerator/freezer, an attractive living room, driveway for 3 cars parked side-by-side, washer/dryer, very nice back patio, and a bit of storage space in the garage. TV’s in each room are nicely sized Smart TV’s with DVD player, Roku, and Paramount+. The location is exceptionally convenient! Only 4 minutes to Shackleford Crossing Walmart, 4 minutes to i-630, 3 minutes to Dollar Tree, 3 minutes to Ten Fitness, 3 minutes to post office, 5 minutes to UALR, 5 minutes to Baptist, and near many other hospitals and jobs for medical professionals. I’m a single female (age 50) and am the homeowner. I use 1 bedroom of the house and rent out the other 2 (max occupancy of 1 female in each room). I’m very conscientious, tidy, and very quiet. I do work at home (rarely leaving my room/den) as a website developer and i own an online bookstore. Virtually all of my work communication is via electronically and not by phone, so my work is not at all intrusive or noisy. As a live-in landlord, i’m very accessible to resolve any problems and always do ASAP. The house is repeatedly described as “very peaceful”. Although i’m not very interactive, i like having roommate tenants. I care about them and want them to be happy and feel comfortable. If you rent here, my hope is that it will feel like your “home away from home”. :)
