I have a beautiful, fully furnished 3/2 house. I’m the female homeowner and live in 1 bedroom; maximum of 1 female per bedroom (max 3 people in house) for a quiet, spacious, comfortable home. The large furnished bedroom has a private bathroom and rents for $425+1/3rd utilities. The other bedroom shares a bathroom with me (conscientious and don’t need much bathroom time) for $325+1/3rd utilities. The house has a large kitchen with huge refrig/freezer, 3-car-wide driveway, washer/dryer, nice patio, and is very conveniently located (4 minutes to Shackleford Walmart & Shackleford Crossing, 4 minutes to i-630, 3 minutes to Dollar Tree, 3 minutes to post office, 3 minutes to Ten Fitness, 5 minutes to UALR, 5 minutes to Baptist Hospital (and near many other hospitals). Unfortunately I can’t live with pets due to very bad allergies. I’m very quiet, don’t do drugs, rarely drink, don’t smoke, and rarely have guests. I hope to hear from you!
