The room isn’t that big but it’s something right now I’m using it as a office . But I can always send pics so you can see how big the room is. I have a huge yard so plenty of parking

I do have a kitten who is a inside cat she’s not allowed outside. I would just asked if you could please be mindful of when entering and exiting the house just so she won’t get loose. Bills are included. I am a morning person sometimes I’m a night owl. I do wfh. Just like to be mindful of noise level due to that. But other than that I’m over all very welcoming I do cook a lot so you can always grab a plate if your hungry I don’t mind sharing.
