SUMMER SUBLEASE (Your rent will be probated)
I am looking for a female subleaser from May - July at the Unionwest Student Housing.
Its located in Downtown Orlando, near all major forms of transport, shops and fine dining.
This would be ideal for any student that will be taking courses Downtown at UCF or Valencia College. They have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the main UCF campus any time throughout the day.
Amenities include, study halls, a gym, lounge areas, washer and dryer, they also have Dunkin, Subway, Starbucks and more just a short trip downstairs.
The room that I am subleasing is a shared bedroom in a 4x2 floor plan. I must mention that *you will have the room to yourself for the entire summer as my former roommate has long vacated.

Three other college students (female) live in our unit and are respectful to one another and the spaces that we share such as the living room. There are 2 bathrooms altogether. You will be sharing with 1 other female.
