Hey, I’m looking for a female to sublease my unit at UnionWest Downtown Orlando for the Summer (May - July).
**If you move in this May, this month is already paid for. Rent is a flat $996 (Utilities are included).
Location near major forms of transport, shops, and dining. This would be ideal for any student taking courses Downtown at Valencia College or doing an internship.
Amenities include: study halls, a gym, lounge areas, WiFi, washer and dryer. They have a free shuttle that takes you directly to the main UCF campus (works out perfectly if you do happen to also have some classes there) and has Dunkin, Subway, Starbucks and more just a short trip downstairs.
There’s never a dull moment here, the property staff tends to host mini events every now and again for each month, and sometimes they even give away prizes. If you’re interested in this, please let me know.
The room that I am subleasing is a shared bedroom in a 4x2 floor plan. I must mention that *you will have the room to yourself for the entire summer as my former roommate has long vacated and there will only be 2 other female college students present over the Summer so if you like the idea of less people, this is for you!
