This is a 5 bedroom 3 full bath 2 story 2100 sqft house. Right now there are 3 males roommates in the house and I am looking to rent all the rooms. Utilities vary depending on the time of the year and the amount of people in the house but I would say a yearly average is about $205 per roommate per month if all 5 rooms are rented, during summer months might be more and during none summer months might be less. No party type of house, just normal people going to work, and every roommate has gone thru background check. Age range late 30s to mid 50s.
