House is fully furnished. It is very close to Summerlin hospital, baseball stadium, Downtown Summerlin, Red Rock Casino near the 215 freeway and easy access to the 95 freeway. Amazing strip view!!! Keyed room doors. Very quiet environment and professional. I am looking for someone clean, respectful, NO DRAMA and that pays on time. Cleaning service comes twice a month to clean all common areas and restrooms. Minimum 6 months lease required. NO PETS. Deposit $600, background check $47 (NON REFUNDABLE). NO PETS. SINGLE OCCUPANCY. About the roomies
This is a 5 bedroom 3 full bath 2 story 2100 sqft house. Right now there are 3 males roommates in the house and I am looking to rent all the rooms. Utilities vary depending on the time of the year and the amount of people in the house but I would say a yearly average is about $205 per roommate per month if all 5 rooms are rented, during summer months might be more and during none summer months might be less. No party type of house, just normal people going to work, and every roommate has gone thru background check. Age range late 30s to mid 50s. Cleaning service comes twice a month to clean all common areas and restrooms. NO PETS.
