The property is a historic 2-story, five bedroom house, each person having their own room but four people sharing a bathroom. The house comes with appliances such as a washer, dryer, fridge, over, stovetop, and dishwasher. By the time the other roommates and I move out, the house will be semi-furnished. There is a beautiful backyard and front yard. Although there is one designated parking spot, there is plentiful parking spaces in front of and around the house.
There is only one person from our current lease who will be staying for the next lease. She has a cat but the landlord will not be accepting other animals at the moment. She works a lot and is very busy so she might not be at the house as frequent
