Hi! I’m looking for one roommate to replace me in my current living situation in Escondido before June 1st. There are five rooms, one person per bedroom in a two story house. Only one person from my current lease is staying for next year’s lease, and she has a cat. The landlord is not accepting anymore animals. My current rent is $815 and with utilities it averages out to around $900-$925 a month.
