About the roomies

House Vibes: There are four bedrooms upstairs. As of now it’s just my partner and I. We are looking to find two roomies upstairs so vibes TBD My partner and I are in our late 20’s, we both work full time. We have a 4 year old German Shepherd who is very sweet and quiet. When the weather gets nicer I like to be out of the house as much as possible. My partner is more of a home body, she likes to read, play games and crochet. We often keep to ourselves but we also enjoy hanging out as a house at times. There’s no obligation to hangout with us but we are very open to socializing or playing games, watching movies, making food, and what not. We are 420 friendly but we appreciate a nice smelling home so please step outside or open the window. We aren’t heavy drinkers but on occasion we have a couple friends over and get a lil silly. Friends are always welcome as long as they are respectful but please no parties or any hard drugs in the house.

Quiet Hours: In respect to everyone’s different work schedules and lifestyles, we like to keep the noise level to a minimum from 10pm-8am during the week. It doesn’t mean silent hours, just be respectful of your roommates upstairs:)

Ideal Tenants: Cleanliness: We’re looking for tenants who take pride in maintaining a tidy living space.

Community-Minded: Open to occasional hangouts and fostering a friendly atmosphere.

Responsibility: Rent and utilities must be paid punctually and consistently, please don’t sign up for something you’re not certain you can sustain. That being said, we are lucky to have a rad landlord and we don’t experience rent increases. So you can expect to pay the same amount no matter how long you stay. And the landlord also lives hours away so we rarely see her.

Pet Lovers: Couples or friends with cats are more than welcome! Sorry no dogs please.

Communication: We value open communication and want everyone to be heard. If you have any questions or concerns you are always welcome to pull us aside or call/text us directly. We also usually set up a house group chat for things that pertain to the whole house. Please feel free to ask any questions that haven’t been covered!
