Private room in a shared split level home available now.
Room for rent is 10’X12.5’. There is a good sized stain on the floor but we have a rug you can use if you’d like. The bathroom is next door and there’s one roommate down the hall. My partner and I are across the house and we all share the same bathroom. I’ve never had an issue waiting to shower or anything.
My partner and I have a 4 year old German Shepherd. She is very sweet and does not bark. She does love her squeaky toys though so you gotta tolerate dogs.
Laundry on-site, plenty of street parking and bike storage.
Utilities not included and average about $100/month including WiFi, electric, gas & water. Trash is paid by landlord (landlord doesn’t live here).
There is plenty of storage in the bathroom to keep your personal items.
The kitchen is pretty spacious and has plenty of room for food storage. Dishes are shared but if you wish to bring your own, we have the space for it. The fridge is divided between roommates, and we do our best to keep the freezer separated. Open living room with great natural light. The TV in the living room has pretty much all the streaming services and we have a decent collection of games/puzzles.
Common areas are expected to be as clean as they are in the photos. Guests are welcome but no parties. House is two blocks from from New Seasons Market and a convenience store. One block from bus line 75. The house is armed with a security system and two exterior cameras. Please feel free to ask any questions that haven’t been covered above.
Me: I live upstairs (main level) with my partner who has lived in the house the longest (4+ years). I am open minded and respectful towards everyone. I work full time and enjoy skateboarding, snowboarding, motorcycles, or just being outside in general during my days off. Unless it’s rainy, in which I’ll probably be in my room reading or playing my switch.
My partner: Fun and fairly outgoing, works full time into the evenings on weekdays and mornings on weekends. In her off time she likes to read and lay low at home.
Downstairs: Basement has two bedrooms that is also for rent starting May 5th. Will update info when new roomies move in.
