I am looking for someone to fill a room at my top floor 2 bed/1 bath apartment starting May 1st. Hopefully looking for someone who is on the same page about cleanliness and is okay with smaller room! Most of the apartment is furnished but the bedroom would not be. I have 2 cats and another one could be considered! Rent is $725 with utilities often ranging $75-$115. Apt is in a highly desirable area! Lease would need to be 6+ months, but preferably longer because I like stability lol. Lmk if interested!!!
