Hi there, My name is Taylor, I am 25, have 2 well-behaved cats, and am looking for a roommate for my 2 bed/1 bath apartment near 900 E/1300 S starting May 1st. Must be okay with a smaller room.
A little about me: I am currently working full-time in social work, and attending grad school full-time in May. In my free time I like to work-out, be outside, travel, spend time with friends, and go to concerts. I am fairly social so I like to do things on the weekends, but love my solitude at home during the work week. I drink socially, but do not smoke or vape. I am a clean individual, and have an incredible renting history. I am looking for someone who is friendly, (hopefully) in a similar stage of life, and prioritizes a clean/comfortable home. The rent is $725 not including utilities. The apartment is in a highly desirable location and has been a great place to live for the last 4 years. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
