This is a room for rent that includes Cable tv with really simple terms.
Room is furnished with a bed, twin up to queen or full sized, mini fridge, and mounted flat screen tv. This price includes all utilities, Cable and Wifi. We have multiple rooms available that start at $650 monthly with a $725 deposit. Deposit may be split into 4 payments under special certain circumstances. Priority will be given to people who have complete deposit up front.
