I am sadly moving out of my lovely apartment that I have had to pleasure of being in for 2 years to be with my partner. Available ASAP, women are encouraged, and good vibes only. The apartment complex is in a very close vicinity to St. John’s Town Center and UNF making it convenient for shopping, school, and work related purposes. You will be sharing a bathroom with Artina, but she is very tidy and respectful about privacy. The common areas are very spacious including vaulted ceilings, plenty of kitchen storage, and a full sized washer & dryer. The room in itself is on the smaller side but you can fit a queen bed, a dresser, and a desk inside. You will be living with 2 great girls. Artina (30yo) is a quiet & kind roommate, she is a teacher who is gone for the majority of the day. Rachel (24yo) is very personable & caring. She does have a big friend group and hosts parties now & again, but she always cleans up after herself and checks in with us first before she plans anything. She is a teacher for ESOL and is also gone for a majority of the day. Best roommates I have ever had, very sad to be leaving them.
