It’s a shotgun gun house with 3 rooms. The back room can be used as a private room as the alley leads to the backyard into the kitchen then you’re room. Otherwise it’s walking through each other rooms. The middle can be a shared space like living room. The backyard is small but will be made nice working on it. The landlord is nice and understanding as long as you don’t lie and you will have to meet her. It is a 12 month lease if you leave before that your deposit will be forfeit. It’s next to the 57 bus line half a block 20 min walk to frenchman street.
I am a 40 year old male self employed retired from my old job recivice SSDI, The neighborhood can get loud. I do no see race, color or religion only the character of a person. All I ask is the other person is to be respectful and pay there rent on time bye the 3rd of each month.
