I am looking for a roommate as soon as possible, and the room is available now.
Just moved into the house to the house my roommate that came from Texas, which bailed on me with no notice. Proof of income required and 2 references, please. About me, 40 male retired from my old job, recivice SSDI, self-employed, and work bartending. I see no color, race or religion, etc.
It’s a shotgun gun house with 3 rooms. The back room can be used as a private room as the alley leads to the backyard into the kitchen, then your room. Otherwise, it’s walking through each other rooms. Has washer and dryer hook up’s. The middle can be a shared space like living room. The backyard is small but will be made nice working on it. The landlord is nice and understanding as long as you don’t lie and you will have to meet her. It is a 6-12 month lease if you leave before that your deposit will be forfeit. It’s next to the 57 bus line half a block away. It’s 20 min walk to frenchman Street. $825 due on move in, plus $400 deposit. Deposit can be split into 2 payments. Rent is due by the 5th of every month. All utilities included high-speed internet endless you over use the electricity. Water and trash landlord pays for. You will have to meet her. Spraying for bug ect every 90 days. Each room is about 14 by 18 I see only see character of person as if can see past everything eles I embrace diffricens and only see only a persons character. I do not align myself with closed minded people as I am mexico jew that’s an African American family so I hatred.
Must be respectful, willing clean up after themselves in kitchen and bathroom
