Other - Regal Cinemas Bowie Stadium 14 Movie Theater and Bowie Bay Sox Baseball field.
The apartment is available immediately with a full month security deposit, first month rent, employment income stubs, and a background check for a 3 month lease.
I own the property and have a very quiet tenant that lives above. There’s a door that separates the basement from the upper levels.
