This is a furnished three bedrooms upstairs and a basement apartment downstairs in a townhouse near Allen Pond in Bowie, MD for rent.

The potential roommate will stay in the upstairs small bedroom and share 1 1/2 bath, living room, kitchen, breakfast area, deck, washer/dryer, utilities, internet and nearby street parking,

Location - Off the bus route that will take you five minutes to the Bowie Park and Ride (Rt. 50/Rt. 301), which has a bus to take you to the New Carrolton Metro Train Station or Bowie State University/Marc Station. Near by Shopping - Bowie Town Center (Macy) Walmart, Target, BJs, Lowes, Home Depot, and more.

Allen Pond Park - 85-acre multi-use park with an ice skating arena, skateboard park, amphitheater, lighted basketball court, 10-acre stocked fishing pond with boat rentals, jogging/biking and fitness trail, volleyball area, picnic sites with grills, ballfields, playground.

Other - Bowie Bay Sox Baseball field.

The room is available immediately with a one month rent deposit of $650, first month rent of $650, a non-refundable $40 background check, and income verification (employment paycheck stub verification), for a month to month lease.

This house currently has three tenants, two tenants upstairs sharing one bathroom and one tenant in the basement apartment (which has its own bathroom, kitchen).
