The room is nice and cozy, very clean and also furnished with brand new bedframe and brand new queen size Mattress.
About the roomies
I am 37, employed, I have a 13yrs old daughter who I have over every other weekend. I’m very clean and laid back. I have a 2yr and half pit mix, super well trained, well behaved and very quiet dog, he is in his crate when im away and doesnt bark neither disturbs anybodys nap or sleep. If u you are a pet person that’s a plus because he loves people. I love a quiet home but most especially clean as cleanliness is next to godliness like they say. My last roommate was very untidy and unkept, I sure don’t want to experience the same with new roommate. Please have a steady job with steady income and be responsible. It’s okay to smoke but I do not tolerate smoking indoor. Thank u PS: text for faster response
