This charming Cape Cod-style 3-bedroom home with two full baths is across the street from a park in Linden, NJ.

The house has hardwood floors, an open-concept living room/dining room area, and newly renovated, extended eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The backdoors lead to a fenced-in backyard. The ground level also offers a bonus room, which will be converted into a den/gym.

We are looking for one roommate for the secondary bedroom. You will have a private full bath. The rent would be 900$. (Total cost of the house is 2899 $)

We will bring furniture for the living room, dining room, and kitchen. You only need to bring furniture for your room! (You are free to bring furniture for the common areas; just let us know so we can plan it better!)

We would love to be friends with our roommates. We are working hybrid, so we should visit our offices at least 2-3 times a week. On weekends, we like to go out (shopping, traveling, clubbing, or even a good movie night). We smoke up quite often, which we don’t mind doing in our rooms or outside in the backyard since we won’t want to stink up the house!
