Hi, I will be moving to NJ on May 14th with my boyfriend, two cats, and one dog!

My boyfriend and I are looking at 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes in JC that are close to transportation (PATH, Light Rail & Bus Routes). We are looking for an additional person (or couple) to team up with. We have two cats and one dog who have access to common spaces. We smoke weed often, but we don’t mind smoking in our rooms or the backyard/patio. Ideally, the room rent for our roommate would be somewhere between 1000 and 1200. We are looking to pay somewhere between 1800 - 2100 for two rooms.

• Me, 23F, a data analyst who’s a movie buff and loves a good game night!
• My bf Cas, 26M, works as an auditor and loves coffee, cooking, and basketball

What we’re looking for in a roommate:

• Ideally, a graduate student or young professional
• Respectful and cleans after themselves
• Dog and cat-friendly
• Can potentially pass a background check
• Open to couples and pets (as long as they have been well-socialized with cats and dogs)
