Ian's room

I have the entire upstairs of my house available for rent starting on May 1st. It includes a private bedroom, private bathroom and a good sized living space. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED in the rent (water, sewer, garbage, internet, electricity, gas). The kitchen and laundry will be shared with people in the house (currently just me). There is plenty of parking available. No drugs or alcohol of any kind on the property (this includes vaping).

I am in my mid 40’s. I tend to stay to myself when not working. My work hours can be weird sometimes but mostly I get up around 6-7am and go to bed at 9-10pm. I have 1 cat and not looking to have any other pets on the property.
