For rent is the entire upstairs. It consists of your own bedroom, private bathroom and a large 13x25 living space. There is driveway parking for 1 more vehicle. All utilities are included (wifi, electric, gas, garbage, water, sewer). Just had the carpets professionally cleaned. There is a fenced back yard with a BBQ and table under a covered patio.

This is a smoke, drug and alcohol free property (includes vaping).

We go to bed fairly early for work so quiet time in the house is 9pm-6am. I have a shorthair cat and don’t want any other pets in the house. Looking for a long term renter. Background check is required.
