Hi there! Thanks for checking out my listing:) Our home is one of the large brick homes located in the historic New Center neighborhood of Detroit. With over 3400 square feet of interior space, 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, large updated kitchen, stand alone pantry, as well as large dining room and living rooms, we still have an abundance of unused space.
Currently the homeowner (42m) and one renter (30f) live here with four sweet dogs. I work in community development and historic building restoration. She is a grade school art teacher. We look forward to hearing from anyone interested in renting a room or even two! Three bedrooms are available, but we’d like to find one more housemate and keep one bedroom aside for guests. We probably can’t accommodate more pets at this time, but you’re welcome to borrow a dog or two for walks or runs:)
